Mexico City Tour (5 hours)
Get your bearings in Mexico City, one of the world's busiest cities dating back to Aztec times. In the city’s historic center, visit the largest church in all of Latin America — the Metropolitan Cathedral — which took more than 250 years to build. Learn about its Aztec temple origins and colonial history before admiring the art inside.

At the National Palace, stroll through courtyards and gaze at Diego Rivera’s murals depicting Mexico’s turbulent history. Along the sleek Paseo de la Reforma, learn the history behind monuments like the Bicentennial Column and the famous Angel of Independence.

Discover an urban oasis inside Chapultepec park (Bosque de Chapultepec), large enough to be home to two lakes, five museums, a zoo, an amusement park and a botanical garden. Head inside the park’s National Museum of Anthropology, and make your way through exhibits of Olmec stone heads, burial tombs, a reconstructed Maya temple and the well-known Aztec Calendar Stone.

Wrap up your tour with shopping at an artisan craft market and lunch (own expense) at one of the chic eateries in the gastronomic hotspots of Condesa and Roma.

Teotihuacán Pyramids Tour (7 hours)
Rise early and travel with your guide to Teotihuacán, aka the City of the Gods, located about 30 miles (48 km) outside of Mexico City. Arrive at the UNESCO-listed archaeological park right as its gates open, before the usual hordes of visitors flood in.

As one of the first to arrive, stroll through empty plazas and discover its impressive pyramids in peace. Visit the Palace of Quetzalpapalotl and the Temple of Quetzalcoatl (or the Temple of the Feathered Serpent), and gain insight into the elaborate murals and other architectural nuances.

Climb to the top of the Sun Pyramid and the Moon Pyramid for amazing views of the Avenue of the Dead, the mile-long (1.6-km) road that divided the great city. Your guide shares stories about this ancient site and tells you about the latest archaeological finds.

After touring Teotihuacán, your guide takes you to a local obsidian workshop. Here, you’ll taste several liqueurs made from cactus, as well as mezcal, pulque and tequila. With your appetite opened up, purchase a traditional Mexican dish for lunch (an array of options is available), before your transport returns you to Mexico City.
